Saturday afternoon, I had the honour of attending the Toronto Marlies Hockey Fights Cancer game and get to talk a little bit about my platform during the first intermission! Although the Marlies didn’t come out with a win, the awareness that was raised and the funds that were collected made the game a huge success! I’d like to thank Sheldon Keefe for organizing the day and to Marianne Minns for supporting my platform and helping me raise awareness each and everyday!
